An early Universal (Miami Florida) M-1 .30 Cal Carbine as purchased in 1969. Walnut stock and forend. These early Universal Carbines were manufactured with original GI parts and were very much like the actual US GI issued firearms. Later, as parts supplies dwindled, Universal began making their own parts and the quality of the guns went rapidly down hill, with function problems aplenty. This is a mint condition early firearm which is over 50 years old and so has Curio & Relic status. One of the best that Universal Firearms Corporation ever made....
