INDIAN WARS SPRINGFIELD U.S. MODEL 1879 TRAPDOOR .45-70 CAL. RIFLE. All original as professionally refinished over all. Very handsome rifle redone by a serious shooter. Original Model 1879 rear sight and ramrod. Original front sight hood. Excellent crisp markings and 99% blue and stock with all the finish. A few small spots of salt and pepper midway on barrel from poor storage but very minor. Good “SWP/1883” cartouche. Perfect working order and nice bore.
