Early (1917) British .303 sporter styled after the famed Lee-Speed used by Col. Patterson to hunt the man-eating lions of Tsavo. Excellent walnut stock. Ebony forearm tip and cap. Custom forearm screw(shown). Very good bore on 25" barrel. Safari style open V with 2 leaves. Rear sight is adjustable for windage. Banded front sight. Barrel band front sling swivel. Detachable weaver #2 scope base and rings. 5 rnd. magazine. Period correct magazine cutoff. Exceedingly accurate with 125 gr.,7.62 bullets as well as heavier. L.O.P. is 13 3/4". Wt. 7.6 lbs.
