This is a beautiful Sako barreled action made for Browning and imported from Finland. It was manufactured in 1972 which is denoted in the last 2 digits of the serial number. The \"Z\" in the serial indicates the Safari grade. The serial number is also etched into the bottom of the bolt handle, and the numbers match that on the receiver. It has a 13-3/4\" length of pull and a 24\" heavy barrel. The stock and forearm have exceptional checkering that is absolutely beautiful. It also has the Monte Carlo cheek piece and a high gloss finish. The bottom metal has very nice engraving that really brings it all together. The butt plate is the original with the \"Browning\" mark. No iron sights, as that is how they came from the factory, but it is topped with a Leupold Vari-XII 3x9 scope. This is an absolutely stunning rifle!
