Here we have another exquisite classic Remington rifle acquired by our expert gun buyers here at Columbus Cabela's. This 1961 manufactured model 760 is a pump action rifle chambered in the legendary cartridge .30-06 Springfield. The rifle has standard markings on the barrel in addition to 760 Carbine, and features a factory ramped blade front sight and u-notch leaf rear with original blued finish, with the wood having a light oil finish with a checkered aluminum butt plate, and an aftermarket 4 round removable steel magazine. Attached is a Redfield 2-7x variable scope that has a crack at the eight o'clock position, but is clear. The metal is in very good condition with light wear on the action and normal handling marks, still retaining about 80% of its original bluing, with the wood in equal very good shape with light scrapes and or scratches or minor impressions. The bore is clean with strong rifling, and includes pictured era dated leather rifle sling and swivels. .30-06 Springfield
