This item is a Winchester Model 1894 manufactured in 1902 (early variety, 3rd edition). It is chambered in 38-55 and is in excellent, LIKE NEW condition. It has a 21\" barrel and a short (half) magazine. The front sight is a nickel-silver fixed blade paired with a Buckhorn 32-B elevator rear sight. The bluing on this rifle is near 100% indicating the possibility it has been refinished. If so, it was done professionally (see pics).
