Synopsis: Super compact, limited production, S&W 4513 'Shorty 45' as released by the Performance Center for Lew Horton Distribution in 1996 Description: Bbl. 3.75", marked "Performance Center". This Model 4513, a limited edition pistol released by the S&W Performance Center, has been branded the 'Shorty 45'. This line compact pistols was produced exclusively for Lew Horton Distributor; 1179 units S# SFF0001-SFF1179. These guns were delivered Sept. 25, 1996 to S&W Promotional Department in Springfield, MA to be used at various shooting clubs to promote the model. The pistol has a 3.75 inch barrel, hand fitted for uniform repositioning bya spherical bushing at the front of the slide. Novak LoMount 3 dot sights. Alloy frame with left side controls. S&W checkered black plastic wrap around grip & checkered frontstrap. Bevelled magazine well. Complete with 3 factory 7-round magazines, original shipping box and factory letter. A fantastic, as new package for the most discerning collector and shooter! Condition: Virtually new, the pistol still retaining the original orange chamber flag. Mirror bore.
