Post-war the ‘I’ frame was used for all their mid-frame revolvers like the Official Police, Trooper, and Python. The rear sight was Colt’s Accro fully adjustable model. The hammer was Colt’s long, wide diamond-checkered Target hammer that became famous on the Colt Python. Blue Finish, with Target type grips, fully checkered walnut with silver medallions and a 6” heavy tapered Barrel. There is minor wear from normal use, but overall I would rate the firearm excellent.
