Description:
Mosin-Nagant model 91-30 manufactured at the Tula arsenal. Barrel condition is very good - no rust and clean lands and grooves. Crown is also good - no chips or dings. Barrel slugs at 0.311. The 7.62x54 R caliber is very similar in balistics to a 0.308 cartridge. This rifle has harvested several whitetail deer with one shot using reloads for accuracy and performance.
Butt stock spacer has been added to increase length of pull. A cheek riser pad was added for scope sight alignment. A Timney trigger system was installed for safety. The bolt was professionally bent by a machinest.
Scope is a long eye relief Bushnell 2x6 mounted in a non-destructive Brass Stacker mount with Weaver over and under rings. New period correct sling/carrying strap. All wood has been refinished. Also included are 5 - 5 round stripper clips, laser bore sighter, bayonet and original oiler can.
