Description:
This handsome rifle was the marriage of an Anderson Lower with Anderson lockwork and a Bear Creek Arsenal SIDECHARGING UPPER with a 20-inch barrel chambered in .308. It features solid "iron" sights and is a DPMS pattern rifle.
While many AR10 308s weigh in at 11 lbs or more, this rifle is just a shade over 7 1/2 lbs and is a joy to carry. It was the basis for prototyping a new AR10 lightweight hunting rifle design to be announced in the near future. Because most of the protoyping involved barrel contours, lightening techniques, and component colors, the rifle hasn't actually been shot but 10 rounds in checking the recoil reducing system (not included) but, technically it is a "used" rifle.
