Shilen stainless steel match grade barrel, threaded and cut for a pre-64 Winchester Model 70.
Chambered in 30-06 Ackley Improved with a very low round count. (Original owner used this as an experiment, then switched to a barrel in a different caliber.) I have the load data and velocity results for every single shot fired from this barrel, both in .30-06 standard and in .30-06 AI, which I will include with the barrel upon sale. .30-06 AI brass can be safely fire-formed using regular .30-06 Springfield cartridges, after which you get all of the performance improvement as designed by P.O. Ackley.
A new shilen barrel like this will cost you more than $300, plus extra from your gunsmith to cut the extractor recess. Shipping included to lower-48 USA only.
