Description:
CZ-Brno Model 21h chambered in 8x57s Mauser. This bolt action rifle has the import mark on the left side of the barrel reads "MADE IN CZECHOSLOVAKIA / 7.9". The top of the barrel shank is marked "8 x 57S". The barrel Length is 24 inches. The front sight is a beaded blade atop a ramped base. The base is checkered to reduce glare. The 2-leaf rear sight is dovetailed to a base that is set atop the barrel. The hardwood stock has a pistol grip, plastic grip base, raised cheek piece, Schnabel style forend, checkering on the grip & forearm, sling loop under the butt and a hard plastic buttplate. The stock has many minor marks and there are no chips or cracks on the stock. The LOP measures 14 ½ inches from the face of the front trigger and 13 ¾ inches from the face of the rear trigger to the back of the buttplate. The bore is bright, and the rifling is deep. There is no erosion. The action functions correctly. This BRNO Arms Model 21H is chambered in the hard-hitting 8x57S cartridge.
