This is a Model 1894 rifle manufactured by Winchester in 1904 featuring a full magazine tube. In excellent condition the barrel and mag tube retain about 94-96% of the original blue with slight silvering on the high edges and 80+% on the frame with light wear on the carry spots and some light scratches and use marks. The case-hardened lever and hammer still show some muted original color. The crescent butt plate is mostly a pewter gray to plum-brown. The stock and forearm are solid showing older scratches and contusions darkened with time. Mechanically it functions properly with tight lock up. An excellent, all original 1894 rifle in high, collector condition. FFL or C&R SOLD Curio/Relic: Yes |
