SERIAL NUMBER 361073 BARREL 24" CALIBER 22 RIM FIRE MANUFACTURED 1906-1917. Full length octagon barrel with forward sliding tube magazine. Case colored reciever, lever and hammer with blue finished bolt. Marlin monogramed hard rubber butt plate. Varnished straight grain American walnut straight stock. Drift adjustable blade front sight with elevation adjustable rear sporting sight. Rear tang marked "MARLIN MODEL 97" CONDITION, Very good with barrel and magazine retaining approx, 80% muted blue finish with plum undertones. The reciever retains over 70% vivid case colors with tangs and underside toned to dark silver. with some small spotting. The bore is strong with visible rifling with darkness in the frooves. The action operates properly. The butt plate is very good with a couple small blemishes at edges. C&R
