**SOLD** Presented is a mint W German made Sig Sauer P226 in a rare factory E-Nickel finish. The SIG Sauer P226 is a full-sized service pistol made by SIG Sauer. This model is available in four chamberings: the 9×19mm Parabellum, .40 S&W, .357 SIG, or .22 Long Rifle. It has the same mechanism of operation as the SIG Sauer P220, but is developed to use higher capacity, double stack magazines in place of the single stack magazines of the P220. The P226 itself has spawned further sub-variants; the P228 and P229 are both compact versions of the double stack P226 design, while the P224 is a subcompact variant. The SIG Sauer P226 and its variants are in service with numerous law enforcement and military organizations worldwide. This particular example is in outstanding condition both mechanically and physically.....only very litght handling marks exist. If it has been fired at all it is very little. There is a very light mark under the takedown lever indicating that it may have been disassembled at some point. The Sig P226 is a very business-like pistol that has been used by many military units and law enforcement around the world and as such it has an outstanding reputation for reliability. This pistol is finished in a very rare factory E-Nickel finish....very few made like this gun. The bore is awesome and the rifling is very strong. One magazine, box and papers come with the pistol. This is a rare one.
