Description:
This barrel has a great bore, the chamber was re-cut to make it into the 22 Lovell Maximum. I have photographed the chamber casting next to a hornet case. While I couldnt find dies for the Lovell Maximum, it did occur to me last night while talking with a friend, that this 28" Winchester barrel could be rebored into any number of center fire cartridges and re-installed on a highwall action.
