Serial No. 410339, circa 1927 at Springfield Armory, .30-06, 24"" round 1-28 Springfield marked barrel. Rifle is in overall very good plus condition. Bore is bright and shiny with strong rifling visible. Rifle was upgraded in San Antonio Arsenal, Double recoil lug grasping groove stock is in near excellent condition with cartouches present. Action is smooth and functions correctly. A great example of an inter war 1903 rifle that went through arsenal rebuild before the second world war.
