Smith & Wesson model 48 .22 magnum, first year production (approximately 1959) with the four screw frame and 6" barrel, original bright blue finish, and walnut diamond magna stocks with matching number. Included is the factory numbered matching box with tools. Overall it retains 99% of the original blue finish showing only a faint turn line and little to no evidence of firing. The stocks show minor handling evidence.
