"NSN, made in 1817 by the Maubeuge Arsenal, .62 caliber, 5"" round smooth bore barrel. Bore has light surface oxidation visible, metal is a brown patina. Lock plate is marked ""Manuf. Imp/Maubeuge"". Pistol has been converted from flintlock to percussion. Wood is very good with 1817 dated cartouche visible. Action is tight and holds at half and full cock.
