Description:
The Model 54 was based upon the Mauser K98 and was the first civilian high power bolt. It features claw extractor, and three position "Wing" safety. It is ready for a scope, but they were designed for "iron sights." This one is i really nice condition with good checkering, honest wear on the wood, as well as the metal. .30-06 Springfield

Metal Condition: "Good. Most stamps are sharp and clear, small nick in the barrel about 11-3/8 inches from the muzzle, just forward of the stock. The receiver and floor plate are a bit faded and have a few fine scratches.
Wood Condition: "Good to very good. It has a few handling marks, but none are really more that ""just there.""
Bore Condition: Good. A bit rough but shootable.
Barrels: 24-inch
Triggers: Factory trigger.
Stock Dimensions:
13-5/8 inch LOP.
Fore End: Thin section forearm with a small Schnabel.
