Browning FN international Medalist 22 target pistol
This is a nice international Medalist with the 5 7/8” barrel for international competition. It’s in nice shape as you can see in the pics, with ergonomic German made match grips. The grip size is about medium. I have a 3 7/8” hand across the palm, and it fits me perfectly. I imported the gun from Germany years ago and it’s so marked under the barrel. It was in the estate of an old guy who had been an Olympic competitor in his younger days. It’s been in my target 22 collection for 10 years. I’ve shot it occasionally and won a bullseye match with it 5 years ago. It’s very accurate, with a fantastic trigger and the dry fire feature for practice. Also the sear engagement screw as you can see in the back of the slide. The bottom of the barrel has some finish marred where a barrel weight was secured. See pics, easily touched up with cold blue. I may have the barrel weight around someplace and would be glad to include it if I can find it. I never used it. The gun comes with an original browning magazine and an aftermarket one that isn’t marked. They both functioned perfectly for me with standard velocity target ammo.
