Description:
Stone cold gorgeous "as found" Francotte 12ga game gun in "FH-30" Model. Made with a gorgeous set of Damascus barrels that have matted top rib with gold bar at breech ends. Gun made with hidden Greener Crossbolt and side-clips. Sideplated boxlock receiver is near full coverage floral and fine scroll engraved as seen in the photos. Splinter forend will beautifully engraved Deeley latch release and iron and has finely carved tip as well as near full coverage fine checkering. Buttstock is a very pretty piece of European Walnut with carved teardrops behind lcoks, has Creedmore style pistol grip, and terminates with a very old and crystalizing leather faced ventilated pad.
The gun remains in beautiful "as found" and untouched overall condition. Barrels with about 90% bold original pattern remaining. Frame with excellent engraving. Stocks are sound and near excellent with handling marks and original finish. Bores are bright and shiny. Mechanics are very good.
This very nice Francotte is priced at $3195 plus shipping to your FFL. It is an amazing gun for the money with great quality throughout.
