Description:
This is a custom Remington Model 700 on an early rifle action. No letter preceding serial number (Mid 1960). The finest quality 700 action that Remington has ever made. It has a 24 inch Lilja barrel chambered in .280 Ackley Improved. It is an absolute tack driver! See groups shown in the photos. Comes with a Leupold VX-3 4.5-14 x 40mm AO (Adjustable Objective). Scope has a Duplex reticle, Matte finish and is mounted in Leupold mounts. I cannot remember for sure what brand of stock is on the rifle but I am 95% it is a McMillan. Also installed is a Jewell trigger which I believe is the best trigger ever made and it is externally adjustable for weight of pull. The action itself has been completely blue printed. Also included is a Redding sizer die and a Bonanza-Forester Bench Rest bullet seating die. 50 once fired cases and 30 brand new Nosler .280 Ackley Improved Custom Brass cases ready to load.
