This is a rare Winchester Model 70 Featherweight that has the highly sought after controlled round feed action. This was a special limited production run for the Shot Show. This particular rifle is especially rare since it has the factory Winchester barrel proof and only has the cartridge chambering stamp as pictured. The typical Winchester barrel roll stamp is absent, which may indicate that it was a prototype rifle? The rifle overall is in very good condition, except for the stock belemishes as pictured. Please review the attached photos for overall condition, the matchng factory original box is included.
