Marlin / Sears Model 46 - Levermatic - 22 LR Rifle - Smooth Monte Carlo pistol grip style stock and forend with sling swivels and butt plate. Lever action . 22 In. long barrel with adj. open rear sight and a ramped front bead sight. Bore is clean and bright with good rifling. Includes two 10 round clip style magazines. Barrel and receiver are retainig approx. 90% bluing. Stock, forend and butt plate are in very good condition with minimal handling marks. Includes a new soft sleeve. Overall condition is very good. This is a very rare rifle as Marin reportedly only manufactured 407 for Sears. Manufactured from 1955 to 1964 . The Marlin equivalent is the model 56 known for it's short throw lever action. Great find for our Marlin / Sears collectors.
