Despite dating to 1969, this rifle incorporated many forward-thinking features which kept it competitive into the 21st Century including a synthetic stock, detachable magazine, cold hammer forged barrel, and an adjustable LOP via spacers. Throughout its 46-year production run, the SSG. 69 has been adopted by the militaries or governments of 21 countries.
