Description:
For your consideration is a Winchester Model 97 chambered in 12 gauge 2-3/4". This firearm features a 30" plain barrel choked full, with a bright near excellent bore showing only a spot or two of oxidation staining. The metal surfaces of this 1953-manufactured shotgun retain about 96-97% original blue, the majority of the loss to thinning and operational wear on the magazine tube, with light muzzle wear and some scattered light handling marks. The smooth pistol grip walnut stock and 14-groove forend are in very good to very good plus condition with a few minor dings, scattered light handling marks, and light finish wear. 12 Gauge
