Description:
This Remington 40X was manufactured in July 1958 and remains in very good overall condition. Gun is stamped "U.S.M.C. Property" on left side of receiver. Wood is solid showing light use marks all over and has darkened with age. Gun also has arsenal numbers stamped on bottom of pistol grip. Bottom forend has a target forend with sling swivel stud added. Scope blocks remain on barrel. Original blue and bore remain excellent. Complete with Weaver 6-18x44 scope on Picatinny rail. Nice old Remington! .22 Long Rifle
