Description:
This 1852 - 1977 Wells Fargo Commemorative lever action rifle is a Winchester® Model 1894 chambered in .30-30 Winchester. It has 20" round barrel, a left-side saddle ring, a fixed blade front sight, an adjustable U-notch butterfly rear sight, a smooth curved trigger, a serrated hammer, a diamond checkered round fore arm, a 7-round full length tubular magazine with a side-loading gate, and an ebony steel crescent butt plate. This particular rifle features exquisitely marbled walnut on both the fore arm and the butt stock. The bluing is in excellent condition overall, with some loss on the top of the receiver adjacent to the action. The wood fore arm and butt stock are in excellent condition with no noticeable handling wear, chips, cracks, or scratches. The bore is very bright and shiny with strong rifling intact.
