Description:
.32 W., #300069, 26 inch half round/half octagon barrel, blue and case color finish, checkered/pistol grip walnut stock, checkered walnut forearm, Lyman tang sight, folding front sight, checkered trigger, hard rubber butt plate and grip cap, early 1900's.

The #7 was the last of the Remington rolling block rifles. It's destinctive design was based on the Model 1871 pistol action.  There were less than 500 of these rifles made and this is the first one I have seen that has a caliber other than .22rf.  I'm not really sure if it canbe considered antique because of the early frame or C&R because of the assembly date.

Condition:  Excellent bore, 80% barrel blue starting to go plum, 70% shadowy case color on frame, excellent figured stock has crack at the wrist that has been professionally repaired but not hidden, mechanically excellent, very good marks.
