Description:
Serial #126083, 12 Gauge (2 3 / 4 chamber), 30 inch barrel marked "Special Smokeless Steel" with a bright, excellent bore choked full. This this is the Model 19S Exposed Hammer, Pump Action, Takedown shotgun manufactured by Marlin from 1906-1907. In excellent condition the barrel and magazine tube have about 85-90% original blue with scattered freckling on the barrel, finish loss on the magazine tube. The frame shows about 85-90% of the original high gloss blue thinning to gray on the high edges and carry points. The fine checkered walnut stock and forearm rate excellent with nicely figured wood showing much of the original finish and has the original Marlin marked hard rubber butt plate. Mechanically it functions properly. A beautiful Marlin 19S pump shotgun. FFL or C&R
