Description:
Very nice Winchester '95 Deluxe Rifle in 405 WCF. S/N 46214 made in 1904. 24" tapered barrel with a very good-excellent bore.
Fairly strong and consistent metal finish overall with no rust or flaking. There are several small British proof marks on the barrel and receiver.
The dark colored deluxe wood is in nice shape with no cracks nor any evidence of sanding.
The buttplate looks to be of checkered bone w/ a widow's peak and engraved screw heads.
Gold bead front sight with a Lyman 21 receiver sight in the rear. All mechanical functions are smooth and functioning properly.
