Description:
26 inch octagon barrel chambered in 38-56 WCF caliber with an excellent bright shiny bore. Sights include a Sheard/Marble marked front and Winchester flat top sporting rear. This 1886 rifle is in fine condition with nicely figured walnut stocks and rifle style buttplate. Barrel and mag retain about 90-95% original blue turning a little plum in areas. The receiver has about the same amount of blue with traces of brown. Bright case color on the hammer and lever. Crisp tight action. Complete with Factory Letter of Authenticity stating configuration as well as that it was made in 1895.
