Listed is a Marlin 1895 SBL IN 45-70 govt. caliber lever action rifle with a 19.1" Stainless threaded barrel New - in - Box. The Stainless material used is 416 SS for the receiver and 410 Stainless steel for the barrel which allows precise rifling that provides superior accuracy and barrel life. The rifle has a factory installed picatinny rail which provides a stable mounting surface for scope rings and the optic of your choice. A ghost ring rear sight is provided with a front tritium fiber green optic, providing high visibility day/night for quicker target display in low light situations. Laminated buttstock and forearm are provided for all weather conditions and checkering provides a solid grip with the soft Marlin pad added to control recoil for better shot placement. Positive push button cross bolt manual safety and the old reliable half-cock hammer along with the spiral fluted bolt and oversized lever loop provides easier level action operation. A ready to use outstanding designed lever action firearm in the popular 45-70 govt caliber for your next big game hunt.
