Description:
This Trapdoor .45-70 is a 'shooter' not a collector. The bore is bright and shiny, the rest of the rifle is in good condition, and is fitted with the desirable Buffington rear sight. The stock has been repaired beneath the rear barrel band to correct the broken wrist on the original stock. There is some pitting on the exterior of the barrel, with barrel finish about 85% as snown in photos. Action and lock finish are good, barrel band finish varies, also as seen in photos If you want higher-definition photos, contact me.
