Description:
A beautifully engraved Parker AHE 12ga made on a 1-1/2 frame. Gun has professional replacement barrels that are nicely engraved with plain concave top rib. Beavertail forend is nicely checkered in proper "A" Grade pattern and has original engraved latch release and iron. Gun made with auto ejectors, now has gold plated Miller SST, and auto safety. The frame is casehardened (most likely an old Lefever Arms Co. product) and has some of the nicest game scene engraving I have seen on an AHE with ducks, pheasants, and dogs. Buttstock is beautifully carved and checkered in factory pattern as seen in the photos and terminates with its engraved skeleton buttplate.
Gun remains in excellent restored and professionally assembled condition. Barrels are proper professional replacements as noted above and retain nearly all of their rust blue with crisp markings and engraving. Buttstock are forend are sound and excellent with most of the finish remaining, just beginning to show some craquelure at butt. Frame retains nearly all of its restored case color, engraving remains crisp with no detail missed!
This is a beautiful custom Parker and would make a heck of a skeet gun or walk up pheasant gun. It is priced at a fraction of its replacement cost at $11,950 plus shipping to your FFL.
