SN: 1290904. Made in 1943 by Winchester, chambered in 30.06 with a 24"" ""6-45"" dated barrel. Bore is excellent, shiny with strong rifling. WWII production M1 Garand with an uncut ""SA"" marked Op-rod, Type 3 ""Lock Bar"" sights, Poppet valve gas cylinder lock screw, and a Type 5 stamped and riveted long fork follower rod. Parkerized finish is in very good condition with light wear noted. Stock is in good condition with a very faint Serif ""P"" cartouche present on the grip, note the stock has been sanded. Action functions wonderfully. Overall very good condition. Consignment.
