Description:
This is a Mark II helmet made during World War II by the Canadian Motor Lamp Company of Windsor, Ontario, dated 1942, and in a size 68 mm. Stampings inside the helmet are "CL/C" (for Canadian Motor Lamp Co.), "68", and "1942". It is the standard issue helmet worn by many Canadian and British troops during the war. This helmet has no cracks or loose or missing parts. There are some dents in the steel shell and the paint show wear. The liner and chin strap are complete in in very good condition.
This would display well with a military helmet collection or by itself.
