This is a really nice little Savage rifle. It's a takedown model in 30-30 and has a 24" 410 barrel that comes with it. To use the 410 barrel you open the action, pop the forearm off with the latch, unscrew the 30-30 barrel, screw on the 410 barrel, place the forearm on and screw the foarearm retainer down. The 410 barrel is a neat feature allowing a hunter to pop birds and small game for the camp pot while on a big game hunt. Both barrels index perfectly and lock up nice and snug. Photos should show the condition pretty well. Let me know if you have any questions.
