Description:
Browning Superposed 20 gauge, Grade 1 O/U shotgun. Made in 1950 only two years after production began on the 20 gauge Superposed. The 26 ½” solid rib barrels are factory IC/Mod.
14 1/8” LOP over a factory butt plate, 1 1/2” DAC and 2 ¼” DAH with ¼” stock cast favoring a left-hand shooter. Oh, and the brass inset on the bottom of the stock???
Appears that all finishes are original, retaining about 95% original condition. Bores are perfect and the gun is mechanically excellent and it locks-up tightly.
Weighs 6 lbs. 5 oz. balances at the hinge pin and handles nicely. A perfect gun for upland bird hunting and a fine addition to a collection.
Neat 74 year-old collectable/usable 20 gauge with hard to find solid rib!
