SN: 4783386. Made in September 1943 in Syracuse, New York with a 24-inch barrel chambered for the .30-06 rifle cartridge. Assembled with two recoil lugs & a gas relief hole on the left side of the receiver. Overall condition is excellent with original finish present on all metal parts & a bright bore with crisp visible rifling. The wood is in excellent condition with a few dings & dents from its time as a military service rifle. Comes with an M1907 leather sling that was made by BOYT in 1942. Consignment.
