Description:
**NICE** S & L Model 65DL in the Great 308 Norma Magnum Cartridge . Not often seen or found these days. A fine example of European craftsmenship from the 60's. 24" barrel with excellent bore. This piece is in pretty nice overall Condition. The wood (French Walnut), I would rate 95%+, with a few scattered light and shallow marks. Nice sharp cut checkering. Factory recoil pad. High polish Bluing is quite good as well. I would rate, as well, at 95%+ with a few light fine abrasions on forward half of barrel. For those who are not familiar with this cartridge, it is nearly the same cartridge as the current Wildcat 30-338 cartridge which is gaining popularity amongst Custom rifle builders. Developed by Norma in Sweden prior to the 300 Winchester Magnum being developed by Winchester. A fine caliber by all accounts. Has Redfield rings and bases. Also INCLUDES a set of FL RCBS dies, as they are hard to come by. Pretty much special order for $100+. 60 once-fired Norma brass also included. $75.00 Shipping & Insurance(lower 48) to your FFL .
