Description:
A very nice hard to find Winchester model 54 in a rare 30/30 caliber. Manufactured in 1928. Walnut is solid with no chips or dings. Small hair line crack back by tang area. Factory finish is flaking and coming off in places. Checkering is still grippy to the touch and easily seen. Some handling marks from use and age. Metal is in good shape with some blue wear, especially on the edges of the floor plate and trigger guard. Bottom metal has a nice petina color. Bolt handle and steel butt plate have no blueing. Bore is strong with well defined lands and grooves. Comes with fish hook swivels and Hunter leather strap. $100.00 ship to lower 48.
