Description:
Mossberg 472 Lever Action in 30-30. S/N 671519. Made in the 1970's I think. Has a Tasco 0 WA 6 x 40 scope that is very useable. The wood is very pretty and is extremely nicely refinished with no flaws. The metal has a little wear on the sharp edges and a few dings in the barrel - see photos. Also dings on corners of butt pad. This is one of the designs where the trigger goes with the lever. Safety is a little lever on left hand side of receiver. Gun worked perfectly with Hornaday Whitetail and Leverevolution; and Federal 150 soft point FN. It did not like to feed Winchester Power Point 150 very well. Just a nice and attractive lever action that is a bit different from most that were made. Shipping is $60.
