Description:
This is a Browning Safari chambered in .243 caliber. This rifle has a 24" Medium Heavy weight barrel, (which makes it somewhat less encountered in today's market). This rifle is in superb overall condition, with all the deep factory blue as offered from SAKO in Finland, where it was manufactured for Browning. The stock and finish are original to this rifle, and remains in excellent condition, with crisp checkering and the original butt plate intact. NO RUST OR SALT WOOD on this rifle. The bore is mint, and the action works smooth as designed. The bolt has the matching S/N 7186Z7 (pic, 14). This gun has an excellent Leupold 3-9 power Veri-XII, with clear optics included.
