Description:
An original Parker manufactured around 1915 with Parker special steel barrels. What makes this Parker special is that it has been restored to new Parker factory condition by the only gun shop qualified to work on Parker's with original Parker factory expertise: Larry DelGreco located in ilion, New York. In 1983 the following work was undertaken:
Rebore right barrel improved cylinder, left modified, MORE IMPORTANTLY, BARRELS CHAMBERED FOR
2 3/4 shells. This gun upgraded to shoot factory field loads.
Hand polish, touch up engraving at breech and barrel extension, rebrown barrels. Fit Bolt plate.
Hand polish, fit all new screws, touch up engraving, qualify all screws properly, caseharden frame, forend iron and parts.
Hand polish, re-engrave, re-blue guard bow. Fit butt plate, repair, refinish, rechecker stock, GH grade oil finish.
Repair, refinish, rechecker forend, oil finish GH Grade. Fit safety spring. Tighten complete gun, clean, lubricate and test fire.
This Parker is as tight as the three Parker Reproductions I currently own. Top front trigger 14". Back trigger 13". Drop at heel 3", at beginning of comb 1 1/2". Frame size #1.
