Here is the one you have been searching for . It in the shape that all collectors like to find - all original. This 1876 rifle has a 28" round barrel and has nice smooth metal finish that is turning brown with blue in some protected areas. Also the wood to metal fit is great and it is sporting it's original wood finish that has turned fairly dark. Screws are very nice and it has it's original correct 1876 marked ladder sight. Being an early second model the caliber is not marked on the lifter as the only caliber that was available was the .45-75. Great patina on the brass and a nice fit on the dust cover. It is antique but shipping will be only to states that allow antiques to be sold direct . No sales to California, New York, New Jersey , Ill. And Md.
