Description:
This is the 488th rifle produced by International Harvester in early 1953. The Arrowhead shape of the lettering on the receiver is highly sought after by collectors. Only approximately 900 rifles were produced with this shape of lettering. This rifle appears to be at least a partial restoration. The receiver and barrel appear to be refinished. The ordnance wheel on the stock appears to be possibly restamped. The bore is bright and the measurements are great with a MW of less than 1 and TE of 2.
An Arrowhead IHC is a nice addition to any military collection.
