Boxlocks - Great dimensions and weight on this English boxlock. The action is probably a Webley Scott but there is no name on it. The new barrels by Elderkin are in excellent condition and tight on face.
Elderkin\'s is a gun maker in Spaulding, central east England, which has been in the same family for 200 years. I am proud to call Bill Elderkin, the current owner a friend. You will never find a finer fellow. He always reminds me in spirit of Fezziwig in Dickens "A Christmas Carol."
