Description:
Beautiful gun made on a #1 frame with 28” Vulcan Steel brls, 2-1/2” chambers, that have matted concave top rib and small brass front bead. Rib with usual legend stamped. Unstruck brl weight of 3lbs. 5oz. Splinter forearm checkered in diamond pattern with casehardened tip, Deeley latch release and iron which are zig zag border engraved. Casehardened boxlock receiver engraved “PARKER BROS” on sides with zig zag border engraving. Blued trigger guard with zig zag border engraving on bow, SN at tang. Gun made with double triggers, extractors, auto safety. Capped pistol grip walnut buttstock is checkered in 2 point pattern through the wrist, has unengraved nickel shield towards toe, and terminates with its original Silver’s type pad. Accompanied by a PGCA research letter identifying the gun having been shipped May 1912 and as found today.

The gun remains in excellent as found condition and appears untouched with years of careful use. Brls retain about 85-90 of their toning original blue with a few light scratches scattered about. Forearm is very good and sound with about 70% of its original finish remaining. Checkering beginning to thin and latch has drifted to silver. Frame retains about 70%+ of its very pretty, original rainbow color. Trigger guard with about 20% original blue remaining on bow, toned at tang. Buttstock is very good with about 90% of its original finish remaining and has scattered impressions and handling marks from years of careful enjoyment. Pad is solid and beginning to crumble towards toe. There is a very tight beginning grain separation behind the top tang. Bores are bright and shiny. Mechanics are excellent. This is exactly the type of condition that Parker shooters and collectors love to find today.

The gun is priced at $3995 plus shipping to your FFL. Please dont hesitate to contact me with any questions or reasonable offers at (704) 280-2382 or via PM on this site. A case of RST 16ga 2-1/2" shells can be made available to the buyer of this gun at an additional cost.
